Magical Journeys and Mardibooks are teaming-up to offer you the chance to go to Lanzarote this November for a series of writing workshops. But writing isn’t the only thing on the agenda…

This extraordinary writing retreat will also provide photography and art workshops, headed by our very own Betty Rawson, who wrote and published The Adventures of Loulou with Mardibooks a few years ago and is now a professional Photographer working in Lanzarote.

These workshops are a great way to support and develop your visual awareness, giving you the chance to explore how much Art has an impact on your writing and the ways in which you choose to express inner thoughts and feelings. Enhancing your creative vision through different media is not only a fantastic skill, it is also an important and valuable lesson, which you can then apply to many subjects.
